# Payments and refunds

How payments work, taxes, declined payments and refunds.

## Who processes the payment

Payments are processed by **Tebex**, which acts as the seller and merchant of record. The payment window opens on top of fm-shop.it, and your card or PayPal details are entered only there. FM Shop never sees them.

## Payment methods

* Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
* Google Pay
* PayPal
* PaysafeCard
* More methods under **More Payment Methods**, depending on your country

## Currency, tax and regional prices

* Prices on the website are in **EUR**.
* Tebex may apply **regional pricing**, so the price and currency in the payment window can differ from the website according to your country.
* **Tax** (VAT or similar) is calculated by Tebex for your country and shown in the cart and in the payment window. If you have a VAT number, you can add it in the payment window.

## Discounts

Discount codes are entered in the **cart** (field **Discount code**) or in the payment window (field **Coupon/Gift Card**). Codes are announced on our Discord server. There is also a **Creator Code** field in the payment window.

## Declined payment

If your payment is declined, your bank or the payment provider refused it. Try another method, and contact **Tebex support** if it keeps happening, because they handle payment problems.

## Refunds

Refunds are handled **case by case**. Contact our support on [Discord](https://discord.gg/TZeRjWeFKQ) with proof of the problem (for example the transaction ID and screenshots or a video), and we will review your case.

## Receipts and order history

Tebex sends the confirmation to the email you entered at checkout. Keep it: it contains the **transaction ID** we ask for in support requests.
