Quick answers to the questions we receive the most.

## How do I buy a map?

Purchase directly on [fm-shop.it](https://www.fm-shop.it) with secure checkout. Log in with Discord and Cfx.re, add the map to the cart and pay in the Tebex window. See the [Buying guide](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/getting-started/buying-guide).

## What payment methods can I use?

PayPal, cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), Google Pay, PaysafeCard and other Tebex-supported options, depending on your country.

## How do I download my map?

Resources are delivered through the **Cfx.re Portal**. Log in with the Cfx.re account you used at checkout. See [Receiving your purchase](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/getting-started/receiving-your-purchase).

## My payment was declined. What can I do?

If your payment has been declined, please contact **Tebex support**. You can also try another payment method.

## Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact our support with proof of the problem. See [Payments and refunds](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/help/payments-and-refunds).

## I did not get the map

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email, then look for the resource in the Cfx.re Portal, and download it again from there. If it is not there, contact us with your transaction ID.

## Can I edit your maps?

You can only edit **textures and logos where it is specified** on the product page (the **Editable** row). See [Editing and customization](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/products/editing-and-customization).

## Can I share, resell or give away a map?

No. We do not allow redistribution of any kind, and this includes edited versions. Maps may be used and edited only if you bought them legitimately. See the [Usage policy](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/products/usage-policy).

## Can I have a discount?

You can find all the available discount codes on our Discord server.

## Why do I need Discord to buy?

Discord identifies you and gives you your exclusive role on our server. It is required for every purchase.

## Why do I need Cfx.re to buy?

Your purchase is granted to your Cfx.re account and delivered through the Cfx.re Portal.

## Are the prices in my currency?

Prices on the website are in EUR. The payment window may show a price in your local currency because of regional pricing. The amount in the payment window is the one you pay.

## Is All Maps Access worth it?

It depends on how many maps you need. See [All Maps Access](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/products/all-maps-access) for what is included, and compare it with the price of the maps you want.

## Where can I see a map before buying?
