# Receiving your purchase

Where to find and download the resources you bought.

Purchases are delivered through the **Cfx.re Portal**, the official FiveM asset delivery system. The resource is granted to the Cfx.re account you logged in with before paying.

## How to download

1. Open the [Cfx.re Portal](https://portal.cfx.re) and log in with the **same Cfx.re account** used on fm-shop.it.
2. Go to your **granted assets** (the assets tied to your account).
3. Find the FM Shop resource and download it.
4. Extract it and follow the [Installation guide](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/installation/installation-guide).

Delivery normally happens right after the payment completes. Menu names in the portal can change over time: look for the list of assets granted to your account.

## I do not see my purchase

Check these points in order:

1. **Right account?** Make sure you are logged in to the Cfx.re Portal with the account you used at checkout.
2. **Payment completed?** Look for the confirmation email from Tebex, and check your spam folder.
3. **Wait a few minutes**, then refresh the portal.
4. **Download again** from the portal if the file was lost. You can re-download anything already granted to your account.
5. Still nothing? Contact us on [Discord](https://discord.gg/TZeRjWeFKQ) with your **Tebex transaction ID** and the **name of the product**. See [Support](https://fm-shop.gitbook.io/fm-shop-docs/help/support).

## Your Discord role

Because Discord login is required for every purchase, buyers get an exclusive role on the FM Shop Discord server. If the role does not appear after your purchase, open a ticket on Discord.

## Product updates

If a product is updated, download the new version from the same portal page and replace the old folder on your server. Read the product page for notes about the changes, and back up any edits you made before replacing files.
